Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Lead audit processes and coordinate with external auditors for seamless compliance
- Develop and implement financial controls to optimize operational efficiency
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Oversee tax preparation and compliance for corporate entities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate setting
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage)
- Proven experience leading month-end closes and audit processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder collaboration
- Experience in manufacturing or service industry preferred
