Responsibilities
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and industry-specific standards
- Lead month-end closing processes and reconciliation activities
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models for strategic planning
- Collaborate with audit teams and resolve financial discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in a professional services environment
- CPA or advanced certification preferred (not required)
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of tax preparation and financial regulations
