Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Lead tax preparation processes and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Mentor junior accountants and optimize accounting workflows
- Implement process improvements using advanced ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel with pivot tables/VLOOKUP
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and auditing
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative leadership experience
