Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal control protocols
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and vendor management
- Develop and implement financial models for strategic decision support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with public or corporate accounting
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Demonstrated success in financial reporting, analysis, and process optimization
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error financial recordkeeping
- Proven ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
