Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Lead audit preparation and ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Develop and implement financial models for strategic decision-making
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and cash flow management
- Prepare detailed financial statements and variance analysis
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel modeling
