Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end/quarterly close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead budget forecasting and variance analysis for 15+ client portfolios
- Develop financial models for M&A transactions and investment valuations
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior accounting staff on technical procedures
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (Oracle/SAP)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification required
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with VBA/macros
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, SEC regulations, and tax compliance
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
