Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Lead audit processes and prepare documentation for external reviews
- Implement process automation solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, variance analysis, and SOX compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven ability to thrive in remote work environments with minimal supervision
