Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with strict adherence to GAAP standards
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive stakeholders and external partners
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Implement process improvements using advanced Excel functions and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate environment
- Expertise in GAAP, month-end close, and financial statement preparation
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven track record in audit coordination and tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
