Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15-20 client portfolios including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with emphasis on accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with tax specialists to ensure quarterly and annual tax filings are timely and accurate
- Maintain detailed audit trails and support internal/external audit requests
- Lead financial forecasting and budgeting initiatives for key clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and advanced Excel functions
- Demonstrated expertise in GAAP compliance and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
