Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and optimize cash flow operations
- Lead audit preparations and compliance with GAAP/FASB regulations
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide strategic insights to leadership
- Implement process improvements using NetSuite and advanced Excel modeling
- Mentor junior accountants and cross-functional finance collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification required
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in NetSuite, QuickBooks, and advanced Excel functions
- Proven experience with multi-entity consolidation and intercompany transactions
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations
