Responsibilities
Manage daily financial operations and general ledger activities.Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Perform bank reconciliations and variance analysis.Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.Conduct internal audits and review financial processes for accuracy.Collaborate with the finance team to improve budgeting and forecasting procedures.Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
