Key Duties:
We are seeking a professional who can manage complex accounting functions with precision. You will be responsible for the end-to-end accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy in reporting and compliance with all regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and audits.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis for management reporting.
- Maintain and update fixed asset schedules and depreciation records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting environment.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Experience with ADP or similar payroll systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
