Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with precision and timeliness
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, federal tax regulations, and industry-specific accounting standards
- Conduct detailed financial audits and internal control assessments for client portfolios
- Develop and implement streamlined accounting workflows using QuickBooks Online and SAP systems
- Provide strategic financial guidance to clients regarding budget optimization and cost reduction
- Collaborate with senior leadership on financial forecasting and long-term planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with public or corporate finance teams
- Expertise in GAAP compliance, tax preparation, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting information systems
- Proven ability to manage financial operations for multi-entity organizations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex financial data to stakeholders
