Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and month-end closing
- Lead audit preparation and compliance with GAAP standards
- Develop financial models and forecasting for strategic planning
- Oversee payroll processing and tax filings for California operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and cost analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Excel Advanced
- Strong knowledge of California tax regulations
- Proven experience with multi-state financial operations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Remote work experience preferred
