Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Lead internal audits and coordinate external audit engagements
- Develop and implement financial controls to ensure compliance with federal tax laws
- Provide strategic financial modeling and forecasting for client portfolios
- Maintain accurate financial records using Oracle Cloud ERP and Excel-based tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and federal tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) and financial modeling
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage complex financial audits and compliance projects
- Excellent communication skills for presenting financial insights to stakeholders
