Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closings and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for stakeholders and regulatory compliance
- Lead internal audits and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Ensure adherence to GAAP standards and evolving financial regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions)
- Proven track record of managing complex financial reconciliations
