Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for key client portfolios
- Coordinate external audits and tax compliance documentation
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Mentor junior accounting staff and provide training on financial systems
- Support strategic financial analysis for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, FASB, and SEC regulations
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience managing multi-currency transactions and international reporting
- Excellent communication skills for client/stakeholder interactions
