Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliations
- Support preparation of financial statements and reports
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Collaborate with team members on month-end closing procedures
- Learn and implement QuickBooks and Excel accounting functions
- Contribute to internal audit support activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
