Responsibilities
- Manage weekend financial operations including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless workflow handoffs
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Weekend shift availability (Saturday-Sunday 8am-5pm)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with financial reporting and reconciliation
- Ability to work independently in a weekend environment
