Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end closes
- Analyze financial data to produce accurate reports for stakeholders and compliance purposes
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and optimize cash flow management
- Collaborate with audit teams to ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Demonstrated expertise in GAAP principles and tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
