Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable processes and bank reconciliations
- Conduct detailed financial audits and implement internal control improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures with precision
- Develop and maintain financial models for strategic decision-making
- Ensure regulatory compliance for federal, state, and local tax requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
