Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Manage general ledger accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Assist in the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
- Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax returns in collaboration with the tax team.
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis for department heads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification is highly preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
