Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in GAAP, SOX, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VBA experience
- Proven track record of managing complex reconciliations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) required
