Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes with 99.5% accuracy
- Conduct detailed financial forecasting and variance analysis
- Lead internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial initiatives
- Maintain compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax codes, and regulatory compliance
- Proven experience with financial statement analysis and reporting
