Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with detailed variance reporting
- Manage full-cycle accounting for multi-entity portfolios including AP/AR, GL, and reconciliations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with strict adherence to GAAP
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure financial compliance and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial initiatives
- Maintain accurate records for tax compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel with pivot tables
- Demonstrated expertise in GAAP compliance and financial statement preparation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven track record of improving accounting processes and controls
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial insights to stakeholders
