Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Lead audits and tax preparation processes for corporate clients
- Mentor junior accounting staff and optimize financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Demonstrated expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and audit procedures
