Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end/quarter-end closings
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes with 99.8% accuracy
- Conduct internal audits and financial risk assessments
- Develop actionable financial forecasts and variance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting initiatives
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and tax requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in financial statement analysis
- Strong internal controls and audit experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage tight deadlines
