Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely processing
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews and implement improvements
- Develop and optimize financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and SOX compliance
- Proven ability to manage complex financial reporting cycles
