Responsibilities
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles with GAAP compliance
- Oversee general ledger operations, account reconciliations, and journal entries
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable business insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure regulatory compliance and implement internal controls for financial processes
- Mentor junior accountants and optimize accounting workflows using ERP systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Expertise in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP platforms
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools

- Experience with multi-state tax compliance and audit processes
