Responsibilities
- Manage complex month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct internal audits and process improvement projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy
- Ensure accurate tax filings and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sector
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial controls
- Proven experience managing month-end close processes
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
