Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal and external audits.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to the management team on financial performance.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and intercompany transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and coordinate with external auditors.
- Streamline accounting processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- CPA or CMA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
