Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize general ledger operations with month-end closing procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow management
- Conduct comprehensive audits and ensure compliance with GAAP/IRS regulations
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models for strategic planning
- Mentor junior accountants on accounting best practices

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel with macros
- Expertise in tax preparation and multi-state compliance
