Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Process bi-weekly payroll with tax compliance oversight
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate general ledger with ERP software proficiency
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- QuickBooks Enterprise and SAP implementation experience
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance awareness
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record meeting tight deadlines
