Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and month-end closing processes
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, investments, and balance sheet items
- Develop and maintain internal controls ensuring SOX compliance
- Support annual audits and tax preparation with external partners
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
