Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 50+ corporate clients
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
- Develop financial forecasting models and variance reports
- Collaborate with tax team for quarterly filings
- Mentor junior accounting staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public/private accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and international financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Proven experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Active Florida CPA license required
