Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15-20 diverse business clients
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements under GAAP standards
- Lead month-end closing processes with reconciliations across 8+ accounts
- Develop tax strategies and compliance documentation for S-Corporations
- Implement process improvements using QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel modeling
- Present financial insights to C-suite clients through executive dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance with 3+ years public accounting experience
- Active CPA license or CPA candidate with 1 exam passed
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven track record with multi-state tax compliance and audit readiness
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail in financial reporting
- Strong communication abilities translating complex data to non-finance leaders
