Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage complex accounts payable/receivable cycles with strict adherence to SOX compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with detailed reconciliations
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models to support strategic planning
- Collaborate with auditors during external examinations and internal controls testing
- Optimize accounting processes using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and automation tools
- Mentor junior accountants while ensuring team alignment with GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA license or actively pursuing certification
- 5+ years progressive experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, auditing, and tax compliance
