Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end and year-end closes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual reviews
- Develop financial forecasts and budget variance analyses
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in financial reporting, taxation, and auditing
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
