Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with executive-level accuracy
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes for multi-entity operations
- Develop and implement streamlined accounting workflows using NetSuite
- Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic financial recommendations
- Manage complex reconciliations for intercompany transactions and bank accounts
- Collaborate with auditors to ensure seamless SOX compliance
- Mentor junior accounting staff through process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in tech/startup environments
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and revenue recognition standards
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, Excel, and financial reporting tools
- Proven track record of improving month-end close efficiency
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in high-volume transactions
- Experience managing cross-functional finance operations teams
