- Manage full-cycle accounting for 150+ clients across diverse industries
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and bank reconciliations
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with tax team for quarterly and annual filings
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and evolving financial regulations
- Mentor junior accounting staff and optimize accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sector
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and California tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems and consolidations
- Excellent communication skills for client/stakeholder interactions
