Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15+ client portfolios including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with variance explanations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely payment processing
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness
- Collaborate with tax professionals on quarterly tax filings and year-end planning
- Lead process improvement initiatives using ERP systems (NetSuite/Sage)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA or MBA strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Expertise in ERP systems (NetSuite/Sage) and MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Proven experience managing SOX compliance and internal audits
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
