Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily general ledger activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Reconcile bank accounts and prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assist with external audits and internal control implementations.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely collections and payments.
- Conduct variance analysis and budget forecasting to support executive decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- CPA certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
