Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX requirements while implementing process improvements
- Lead budget forecasting and variance analysis for departmental initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial audits and tax preparations
- Mentor junior accountants and optimize financial workflows using ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Expert proficiency in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
