Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger
- Conduct internal audits and implement controls
- Collaborate on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Support tax preparation and planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA certification strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
