Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliation
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
- Prepare accurate financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to GAAP and SOX requirements
- Lead accounts payable/receivable optimization and cash flow management
- Implement and enhance accounting systems and automation tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or equivalent ERP systems
- Expertise in financial reporting, auditing, and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven experience with process improvement and automation in accounting workflows
