Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of monthly and annual accounting operations, including journal entries and reconciliation.
- Prepare detailed financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and provide variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Review and approve accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Collaborate with the internal audit team to ensure internal controls are effective.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
