Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end/year-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and tax compliance
- Implement and optimize internal controls and SOX compliance procedures
- Lead cross-departmental financial planning and forecasting initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records using Oracle NetSuite ERP system
- Conduct audits and provide financial insights to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in tech/finance sector
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite experience required)
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven experience managing financial audits and compliance processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
