What You Will Do:
- Oversee the full-cycle accounting process, including general ledger management and month-end close procedures.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements and reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations and tax laws.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct internal audits to identify areas for process improvement and cost savings.
- Collaborate with the finance team on budget preparation and forecasting.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- CPA certification is a plus.
