Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage complex reconciliations for bank accounts, investments, and intercompany transactions
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with precision and timeliness
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Conduct audits of financial processes and recommend efficiency improvements
- Maintain accurate records in accounting software (NetSuite/SAP)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting platforms (NetSuite/SAP)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
