Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with attention to GAAP compliance
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and vendor relationship management
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements for efficiency
- Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure regulatory compliance
- Support budget forecasting and variance analysis for client portfolios
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Proven expertise in financial reporting and reconciliation processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Nevada state residency required for client on-site visits
